Job description: Associate/Senior Associate
Yellow Umbrella Ventures, a business and strategy consulting firm is scouring the world for the greatest Consulting Associate out there. At two years old, we’re a small company and are now officially looking to grow from the original founders into a small business with 10 employees in our next chapter.

The Consulting Associate position is a multi-faceted role requiring the ability to balance strategy and execution, quickly. You will be responsible for maintaining professionalism, growing your network, building your skills, and having a positive can-do attitude. You’ll have to know or learn how to drive results through influence. You will be responsible for owning and driving project work streams, managing day-to-day project responsibilities, and engaging with team members to deliver results, daily. Key indicators of success include a passion for business, an eagerness to learn about new technologies, being coachable, and possessing a strong work ethic.
You should ideally have had experience working in structured professional services organizations and be gifted with an entrepreneurial flair. You should have broad delivery capability that spans psychology, strategy, technology, and business. About Yellow Umbrella Ventures We look at the world with a little yin and a little yang. Dae is the 25+ year telecom veteran and entrepreneur who has been investing in traditional stocks, commercial real estate, and most recently, Bitcoin and other cryptoassets. Arry is the 20+ year veteran as a strategic operator - both as a startup entrepreneur and as a change agent working within and for companies like Microsoft, Google, and Expedia.

- You are a structured strategic thinker with the ability to tackle complex Business Strategy, Process and Change Management challenges
- Experience and awareness in areas such as: Strategy & Operations, Merger & Acquisition, Marketing & Sales Operations, Project/Portfolio Leadership, Product Management, and Change Management

Qualifications. . .
- Have worked for a Big 4/8 management consulting firm (or similar) with groups often associated with Project Management Office (PMO), Strategy, Human Capital, and Merger & Acquisition
- 2+ years of project management experience
- Developed skills and experience in creating process flow maps, managing business metrics, developing recommendations for future state processes and implementing process improvements
- Experience with client relationship building and management with strong presence
- Ability to scope, size and define resource needs for project delivery
- Ability to organize and lead diverse project teams
- Excellent organizational, presentation, analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with the enterprise sales process and account development
- Have some experience with marketing: analysis, research, intelligence, email, social media (Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook, YouTube), and channel growth
- Led systems implementation, program execution, operations and/or process improvement engagements
- Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, Google Documents, Slack, Trello
